The Myth
nightclub is located in the Twin Cities suburb of Maplewood. The club is
quickly becoming one of the Midwest's finest entertainment venues. With over
36,000 square feet, the club is spacious and accommodating of all sorts of
events. For the concert enthusiast, Myth offers multi-level seating with
unobstructed views from the mezzanines and balcony. The main room also features
a magnificent stage and luxurious décor.
The Myth
nightclub aims to accommodate all genres of music, making it the ultimate
concert house. The giant three-story venue features an extremely large dance floor, a booming
sound system, and a light show that rivals with some of the biggest clubs in
the country. Since
Myth opened its doors at the end of 2005, the sound systems have proven
themselves with seamless transitions between club nights and concert nights,
and between music styles that have run the gamut from the Crystal Method to
Billy Idol.
The building is new and the service and staff are excellent. The
waitresses are beautiful and friendly and security is always aware of what’s
going on. The Myth
also boasts a separate ultra-lounge with a roof-top patio, multi-leveled VIP
areas, three exclusive Elite-Access Suites, ample general seating, seven bars and
FREE PARKING!
As the
largest club in the metro area, the Myth offers engaging nightlife at a
world-class level. Away from the city, club goers don’t feel lost in the
commotion of downtown. The club is clean and the music
is fantastic, with big name artists performing, such as Bone Thugs, Akon, DJ
Skribble, Nickelback, KORN and more.
Myth feels as comfortable
to rock fans as it does to country fans as it does to hip-hop fans. There has
been plenty of positive feedback from audiences, clubbers and performers of all
types, which is already growing the club’s reputation on a national level.
Myth’s vision of mixing live entertainment and dance club under one roof,
offers an engaging experience that will provide mystery, energy, and surprise.
Myth was built with the customer’s experience in mind. It is an entertainment
destination for everyone.
The design of Myth rivals that of some of London?s largest super-clubs. It?s part of a growing trend of super-clubs where everyone can go to party. Myth doesn?t belong to a particular scene or neighborhood, making it a good place to hold state fair type concerts. Some huge names have come out to the Maplewood club, including Staind, Goo Goo Dolls, Motley Crue and on a more adventuresome note, Scissor Sisters. Any kind of audience can be drawn to the Myth ? rockers, hip-hoppers, gays, pill-droppers, even cool moms. Myth has potential to be a big draw for big acts for years to come.
